Zach is the Controller at Pine Grove Communities where he manages the back-office operations of the firm and deal-level support services, from accounting, HR and finance to insurance and debt.  Zach has had a passion for construction and development ever since his first job working as a concrete foundation laborer at the age of 13.  

Zach is a licensed CPA, has a MS in Accountancy from Illinois State University, and has previously held a variety of roles in private and public accounting, including working as an auditor and outsourced CFO for real estate developers and contractors.  

Zach has four kids and enjoys chasing them around the outdoors camping, hunting, and hiking.
