Zach Day is an Associate at Pine Grove Communities and is actively involved in financial underwriting, development, and asset management. He is passionate about recasting the traditional rental experience into one where community flourishes and individuals find a place to call home.

Prior to joining Pine Grove, Zach spent five years as a management consultant with Ernst & Young and Experient Group where he developed a broad functional skillset spanning industries and geographies. In 2020, he transitioned to a career in real estate as the Director of Strategy and Marketing at The University Financing Foundation, a developer and advisor serving institutions of higher education. In this role, he led business development and was responsible for identifying and executing upon strategic opportunities.

Zach holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Clemson University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Georgia. He currently resides in Atlanta with his wife and is the proud father of two daughters.
