Jack Geraghty is a Development Associate at Pine Grove Communities and is actively involved in all aspects of the development process, including due diligence, financial underwriting, site selection and acquisition, design, construction management, lease-up, asset management and disposition. Jack is passionate about creating community through servant leadership. Throughout his career, he has been involved in over $1 billion of new investments and development projects.

Before Pine Grove, Jack served in various roles at Highpoint Development, where he was responsible for all development activities for Class A multifamily projects throughout the southeast. Prior to Highpoint, he worked for Lincoln Property Company, where he served as a financial analyst for multifamily development projects and acquisitions.

Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He currently resides in Atlanta with his wife Brantley.
